A Better Quote Starts With Better Information.
The goal is to get the quote right the first time and reduce avoidable ArmyIgnitED rework.
Choose a realistic start date.
Army CA requests must fall inside the required 45–90 day submission window. Do not choose a date that is too close.
Expect separate ArmyIgnitED requests.
Current Army policy does not authorize bundling course, exam, books and materials into one CA request. Your documentation must match the applicable request.
Supervisor approval matters.
Army CA requests require approval through the Soldier’s ArmyIgnitED process. Keep the appropriate supervisor information current.
Do not prepay a pending CA request.
Army policy does not authorize reimbursement for personal out-of-pocket prepayment while the CA request is pending approval.
